Viele Reisen auch in außereuropäische Länder, auf denen das Schreiben von Kurzgeschichten gerade auch über die kleineren Begebenheiten an den Wegesrändern begann. Mitglied im Verband »Schriftsteller in Schleswig Holstein« und in der »Hamburger Autorenvereinigung«.
